APL 8000

Self-adhesive label real time Print & Apply System designed and produced fulfillinf all requirements to ovey EAN/UCC- 128 APplication Identification Standards and GS1 International pallet labeling recommendations.

Printing and application are carried out automatically and effectively turning into a high profitability equipment. Due to its flexibility easily adapts when variable data label printing and application is needed in half speed situations.

The APL 8000 Series allows the integration of the printing engine you want, we offer complete printing freedom with the best print engines in the market: DATAMAX, SATO or Zebra, from 203 to 300 dpi.

Controlled by a PLC, APL8000 can easibly be adapted to all packaging lines using synchronisation and guided alarm signals. Easily configurable due to its versatility can be connected to any information system: Windows NT, UNIX AS/400, PC, etc. and ERP environments

APL-ELV 8000
Print and apply systems allows variable heighs pallet labeling automatically. Users may select single or multiple panel labeling at irregular predefined heights or place the system at the desiderated heigh manually.

The system reaches from a minimum of 33.07in up to 98.42 in maximum height. Its electrically controlled reductor motor permits the print and apply system move at a high speed assuring a superior labelling cadence.

By being equipped wit auto=break guarantees its complete trustworthiness and an accurate label placement. These systems are available with high quality print engines manufactured by Datamax, Zebra or Sato; together with its highly developed hoist ground column turns it into and unique equipment in the market capable of covering all actual and future pallet labeling needs.

APL 3000
The APL 3000 Series offers high quality and cost effective solutions for print and apply labelling of products, cartons, cases and boxes all across the supply chain. Its attractive purchase price, it's rugged design and accurate engineering makes it an outstanding choice for standard labelling operations.

Projected to print and apply in multiple application methods: linear, Air-Blow and rotative cylinder, and developed to be interfaced either computer, on-line (Ethernet) and in real time applies the label just printed on either still or moving products. APL 3500
The new Print&Apply system for secondary packaging (Cases,
packs, bags, etc.) and for high cadences is the most complete of
the APL3000 range. It is fully compatible with any of the leading
print engines in the market and adaptable to any specific need.

The APL3500 is design with the technology required to satisfy the highest demands and fulfill the highest production volumes. The equipment supports all the application methods that UBS offers and the fastest “Blow” version reaches cadences of up to 125 label applications per minute

APL 3600 Dual
New generation Print & Apply system for secondary packaging that will make history. The fastest and the most flexible from APL 3000

The UV2 offers a horizontal resolution up to 720 dpi, up to 60 m/min printing speed, a low consumption CPU, top and side printing capabilities and crisp and clear messages upon multiple substrates; making the APLINK UV2 the most advanced inkjet system on the market for industrial environments.

Its innovative design, unique in its category, surprises for its ability to integrate into any production line in tight spaces thanks to its contained dimensions. Permits to print any type of 1D (ITF14, EAN13, and EAN128) and 2D barcodes, variable data (batch number, production/ best before date) for one or a group of products.

Automatic Print & Apply system APL 3600 DUAL is composed by two independent synchronized modules. This makes possible the change of the consumables and maintenance without any stops of the line, with the following costs reduction.

APL 4000
The APL 4000 has been designed for high-speed, secondary packing labeling.

The APL series units are systems projected t print and apply self-adhesive labels in multiple application methods; linear, Dual - Tamp, Corner-Wrap and Air-Blow. They may be interfaced with a computer, on-line (ethernet), and in real time apply the label just printed on either still or moving products. It is also equipped to work in stand-alone mode.

The APL 4000 series can integrate the various A-CLASS thermal transfer engines from DATAMAX, which have been specifically developed for its use on automatic applicators. THe high performance achieved permits: resolution of 8 to 23 dots/mm, up to 300mm/sec. printing speed and 4" or 6" of printable width.

In our APL units, mechanics, pneumatics and electronics have been properly integrated to aim all requirements of machinery that operates in industrial environments. Consequently its structure is formed by a high quality components and standard devices engineered for the application of labels in any point; top, side, front and rear at high linear speeds.

As a result, APL 4000 becomes a complete system for the indentification of packages, such as boxes, cases, bundles, etc., reaching high levels of accuracy and reliability, offering easy use and maintenance as well as flexibility and accessibility to all production line.
